An accomplished educationist, youth development advocate, and political organiser with extensive leadership experience both in Ghana and abroad. Richard Oti-Aboagye brings nearly a decade of tested leadership as founding Chairman of the NPP Sweden Branch since 2016.

Professionally, Richard is a seasoned educational practitioner with expertise in Mathematics Education, Comparative Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Research, and Youth Development. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and a Master's degree in International and Comparative Education from Sweden.

Over the years, he has served in various teaching and managerial roles in Ghana, the United Kingdom, and Sweden, contributing significantly to educational development and youth empowerment. Within the NPP, Richard has consistently demonstrated commitment, sacrifice, and grassroots mobilisation.

He played active roles in the Party's electoral campaigns, fundraising efforts, election monitoring, diaspora mobilisation, and constituency support activities, particularly in the Asunafo North Constituency. His contributions span campaign coordination, resource mobilisation, political advocacy, and branch development both locally and internationally.
